certainly one of the best photos i own. on back it says 'dan and may.' i like to think that may is dan's girlfriend and she's helping him out. you can feel how sad he is.
Focused Vintage wants to pay tribute to the unknown artists of the world. I got into vernacular photography through my parents, sitting through 4 hour auctions, waiting in the car on the side of the road for them to come back from yard sales, and frequenting the many many New York thrift stores. So, i would like to thank my mom and dad, and all the people of the Chelsea flea market (my second family) for giving me my "home education."
